This is our promise to you: If you received an item that is not as described, contact us to return the unused item in its original condition within 14 calendar days for a full refund. Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 calendar days after receiving the item.

RETURNS POLICY

If returns are NOT due to errorneous product description, factory defect, shipping error or shipping damage, you are responsible for our shipping and handling charges; if free shipping was included in the price of your item, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If the courier delivers a damaged package to you, please refuse it or sign that it is damaged so that the courier company has a record of it. Then contact us immediately for an exchange.

If you have a return to make, please email customer@jubileeshoppe.com to request for a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and explain your reason for returning the item. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION AS IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Returned item must be received by us no later than 14 days from the delivery date in its undamaged and unused condition, in the original packaging, along with all hardware and instructions.

Please carefully pack item to be returned. You are responsible for all return shipping charges. You should also insure the returned item. We cannot assume responsibility for any returned item that is lost or broken in transit. Item returned with scratches, marks, and obvious wear and tear will have a charge applied depending upon the cost to restore the item.

Items returned due to manufacturer's defect will qualify for a refund equivalent to the purchase price paid by you. Items returned due to buyer remorse will be charged a 10% restocking fee as well as any shipping charges that we paid to ship the item to you. Refunds are processed in the same manner as the original purchase payment and you will receive a refund after the item has been received and inspected by us.

All items are either shipped via FEDEX Ground or Canada Post. If free shipping is offered, Jubilee Shoppe will have the discretion of shipping by either method it chooses. CANCELLATION POLICY

All order cancellations are subject to a CAD$10.00 administration fee, in addition to any re-direct carrier charges and 10% restocking fee in cases where the order has already been shipped.
