What does Jubilee Shoppe sell?

We are an online supplier of piano accessories such as piano benches, piano foot pedal stools, and metronomes. We also help our customers buy hard-to-get piano accessories such as piano covers, etc. If you have any accessory that you cannot find in local stores or on our website, contact us!

Why buy my piano accessories from Jubilee Shoppe?

Customers buy from us for convenience and service. Local piano showrooms do not carry inventories of piano accessories and often have to specially order them in small quantities at higher prices. We specialize only in piano accessories and source large quantities at discount prices. The savings are passed on to you in the form of lower prices. We also carry many hard-to-find products that are unavailable at local stores. When you shop at Jubilee Shoppe, you save money while finding the products you need.

Ordering

How do I order?

You may order our products through our website and pay with your credit card.

For Canadian customers who do not wish to pay using credit card, you may order by phone at 403-239-8318 or through our Contact page and pay by cheque. Shipment will be made after confirmation of online payment, or clearance of your cheque.

When ordering, please make sure that you are on the right location website shown by your country emblem at the top of the webpage. For Canadian customers, all prices are in Canadian dollars. For U.S. customers, all prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, e-checks and PayPal for orders placed online. Online orders are processed via PayPal’s secure website. We also accept cheques from Canadian customers who order via phone or email.

How can I tell if a webpage is secure for accepting credit card payment?

All secure webpages have the letters 'https' at the beginning of the address in your browser, which means the information is encrypted. When you give your private or credit information on the checkout page, PayPal’s website will have this address beginning with the letters 'https'. The entire website does not need these letters, only the webpage where you give your personal or credit card information.

When will I be charged for my order?

Is my order subject to tax?

As a special promotion, Canadian orders will not be charged any sales tax. This promotion may end any time. Orders shipped to the United States are also not subject to any tax.

Do I have to pay any customs duties or import taxes?

Canadian customers do not have to pay duties or import taxes. U.S. customers may be required to pay custom fees. Please consult your local Customs office for duties, regulations and restrictions.

How do I know that my order has been received?

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an email from PayPal confirming payment. You will also receive an email from us confirming your order has been approved and shipped. If at any time you have a question regarding the status of your order, please contact us with your order number when calling to help us serve you more quickly. Your order number is the Transaction ID number emailed to you by PayPal.

If you did not receive an email confirmation of you order, that is likely because your email system is forwarding mail from us to your "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder. It is also possible that the email address you provided is invalid or mistyped. Feel free to contact us to confirm your order or check on its status.

Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

All order cancellations are subject to a CAD$10.00 administration fee, in addition to any re-direct carrier charges and 10% restocking fee in cases where the order has already been shipped.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all locations in Canada and the Continental United States. We do not currently offer shipping to any other locations.

How are my items shipped to me?

Standard orders are shipped either via FedEx Ground or Canada Post.

On the day your order is shipped, you will be notified as to which shipping option applies to your order. Most orders will have a tracking number and require recipient signature. The only exception would be for shipment of small items that can fit into an envelope; in this case, we may choose to ship via Canada Post regular mail.

I have an alternate shipping address on my PayPal account. Why is my order not being shipped to my alternate address?

By default, if you are paying by PayPal, we will only ship your order to the confirmed address on your PayPal account. You must contact us directly if you have an alternate shipping address.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, FPO or APO addresses?

No. We deliver packages only to a physical address in Canada or the Continental United States.

When will I receive my order?

Your order will usually arrive within 10 business days from the time of shipment. However, specially ordered items may take up to several weeks before they are ready to ship. Check the Product page on item availability and the approximate time of shipment. Items shipped to the U.S. generally take a bit longer due to border processing through U.S. Customs.

Can I track my shipment?

We track most shipments. On the day your order is shipped we will notify you by email with your Tracking Number. Small items may ship via Canada Post instead. In this case, tracking may not be possible. Small items are defined as those that fit into envelopes.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

As our customer, we believe you should feel good about your purchase. Our items are backed by our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you receive an item that is not as described, we will refund 100% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs you may have incurred. All returns must be made within 14 days of the item's receipt.

If returns are NOT due to errorneous product description, factory defect, shipping error or shipping damage, you are responsible for all shipping charges; if free shipping was included in the price of your item, the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund. How do I return an item?
